XS is the smallest option in this range, but its 5.25-inch middle circumference still deserves a careful comparison with your current favorites.   Choose Your Firmness and Color Available firmness choices are 40% Soft, 75% Soft, Medium Firm, and Extra Firm. Firmness affects how much the silicone bends and compresses. Softer options offer more give, while firmer options hold their shape more strongly. Consider size and firmness together when choosing your configuration. Personalize your Poyato with 20+ colors and metallic effects.
