Hankey's Toys PROMO OFFER RULES

Purpose & Scope

Post an original video featuring a toy you purchased from mrhankeystoys.com on an approved third-party site, reach the view milestone, and follow the submission steps to receive one coupon for one free toy (exclusions apply). Participation is voluntary and 18+ only.

Links Only (no uploads to us)

We do not accept raw video files. Submit a public URL to your video hosted on an approved platform. Platforms maintain their own policies, but you are responsible for making sure your content complies with all laws and platform terms.

1. Eligibility

18+ consenting adults only. All persons visible/audible must be 18+ with documented consent.

Original content & rights. You must own the rights to the video. No re-uploads, compilations, screen recordings, or copyrighted works without permission.

Purchase requirement. The video must feature a toy purchased from mrhankeystoys.com; provide your 5/6-digit order number.

Limit. Unless we approve otherwise in writing, limit one (1) coupon per person, not per video.

2. Approved Platforms

Approved without prior notice: youtube.com, pornhub.com, xvideos.com, youporn.com, xhamster.com, tube8.com, ashemaletube.com.

All other sites require prior written approval (email support@mrhankeystoys.com).

If the video is removed/deleted before it qualifies, it’s not eligible.

3. Video Requirements

Length: At least 2:00 (two minutes).

Title/description mentions: Include "Hankey's Toys" and the specific toy name in the video title, if you cannot post the name of the toy due to the platforms Terms of Service or other reasons, you can reach out to us at support@mrhankeystoys.com for clarification

Format: Standard uploaded video on the platform (no live cams/streams or content that appears non-original).

Anonymity allowed: You may omit your face/personal details.

Content level: Sexual content is optional - not required. Regardless of content, you must comply with all applicable laws and platform terms.

No pay to watch content: Your content must be free for the general public to watch.

4. View Milestone & Anti-Fraud

Reach 3,000 views on a single approved platform (one URL).

No bots, paid view farms, or artificial inflation. We may verify view authenticity and disqualify entries suspected of manipulation.

5. How to Submit

Subject: Free Toy Referral — Video Submission

Include: the public link to your video and your 5-digit order number (for the featured toy) and notify us when you reach 3,000 views. We will verify eligibility and views.

6. Reward

One (1) coupon for one (1) free toy from our website (subject to availability).

Exclusions: XXXL and larger sizes are excluded.

Validity: Coupon valid 60 days from issuance; one-time use, non-transferable, no cash value.

Costs not covered: Shipping, taxes, duties, and fees are not included.

We may, at our discretion, offer additional incentives for exceptional videos/view counts.

7. Legal, Disclosure & Platform Compliance

Laws & platform terms: Your video must comply with all applicable laws (federal/state/local) and each platform’s policies, including no obscene or illegal content.

2257/2257A & producer obligations: If your video is sexually explicit, you (not us) are responsible for any required age-verification and record-keeping (e.g., 18 U.S.C. §2257/2257A and related regulations). Do not send such records to us.

FTC endorsement disclosure: Include a clear, conspicuous disclosure of the incentive where viewers will see it (e.g., "Thanks to Hankey’s Toys," #ad, #sponsored) in the title or description.

8. Program Integrity & Limitations

We may refuse, revoke, or withhold rewards for fraud, ineligibility, non-compliance, or policy violations, as permitted by law. We do not refuse participation on any protected basis (see California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act). Civil Rights Department

Void where prohibited. We may modify, pause, or end the program at any time.

Posting a video does not guarantee a reward; all requirements must be met and verified.

We may feature or link to your qualifying video/thumbnail for program administration and promotion; we will not host or re-upload raw files.
