Choose by knuckle circumference first. With the thumb tucked into the palm, the knuckles are the largest circumference of the hand. Fingertip circumference goes from 5.75 to 6.5 inches and knuckle circumference from 11.25 to 11.75. No. The smallest size, the OG, has an 11.25-inch knuckle circumference and 16 inches of insertable length. It is made for people who already fist or who use large-circumference toys. What size Thiago Boss Fist should I buy? Match the knuckle circumference to the widest toy you already use comfortably: 11.25 in (OG), 11.75 in (2XL), 13 in (3XL) or 13.5 in (4XL).
