While the knot posed what I thought would be the challenge, it has been the depth which has added significantly to the challenge. Seems getting to the knot is reasonably simple and easy (and comfortable), the depth means stretching more than just the sphincter. This will require more effort, and thus the challenge I hoped for. A point to note, a slight off-set angle at insertion aids in the maneuvering, at least for me.
