• Deliberate Material Choice Against Leather: Our XXL belt is designed based on decades of experience. We intentionally chose not to use genuine leather. Leather has a natural skin structure with pores where bacteria and bodily fluids can easily accumulate. This makes the material unhygienic and extremely difficult to sanitize completely for use in intimate areas. Additionally, leather stretches under tension, can harden over time, and requires extensive maintenance with specialized care products.
• High-Quality Metal Components: In contrast to the flexible belt material, we rely on absolute durability and safety for our functional parts. All metal elements on the belt, as well as all rings, are manufactured from high-quality, certified stainless steel.
• Edge Sealing and Fraying: A complete, permanent edge sealing—similar to what you might find on luxury handbags in the four- or five-figure price range—is extremely labor-intensive to produce. If we were to apply this process, it would drive up the retail price significantly, making it unreasonable for our customers.
• High Demands During Use: An XXL belt is a product subjected to substantial mechanical stress from heavy objects and pulling forces. Unfortunately, a certain amount of wear and tear under intense use cannot be entirely ruled out for any product on the market.
