I've been enjoying this in medium, medium firm for the past 4 months - OMG! Nearly everyday? Well, a lot if not every day. And yes you can deep-throat it with some practice. Albeit the 75% firm might be a little easier on the throat. I've had some toys before but these are without equal! Obviously worth it if you can afford it. I also have Rentman in medium. It has a slightly larger girth but the head on Cody has much nicer shape. I like a well defined head on the real thing as well in on my toys. More importantly, you have to know your limitations. Size does matter and for some people there is such a thing as too big.

This toy is a little softer than my previous but overall does the job WELL. The length really helps it hit my g-spot! If you prefer a firmer toy I would suggest getting it customized. Bought the 'XL 75% Soft Natural Tan' via "dildoking.de" [unfortunately supply is always very short (actually the toy is sold out) and direct import from the US is a no go due to prohibitive transport and import fees].
The circumference fits my ass just right and the length leaves some for improvement... I really like the feel of the smooth surface and the softness that is just right for me.
In the future I surely will tackle some fantasy dildo (if available).
All in all: although it comes at a steep price it's worth every cent. Highly recommended!

For me the Medium-Firm was WAY too hard! I could never go with medium-firm again. In the large size Cody Cachet medium-firm it's just totally un-doable for me. I think the 75% soft should be the standard firmness and honestly that the 40% soft should not cost extra. For a first time buyer I would absolutely advise against going with the medium-firm and try the 75% your first time. Anything large of larger and you are definitely going to want to go with a softer silicone IMHO. Mr. Hankey's toys has video reviews for many of their products on Youtube including the Silicone sample pack to test firmness before you buy. I highly recommend getting that first if you are unsure so as not to end up disappointed like I was on a toy that I think could have been wonderful if it was just a little softer!
