Got it today and took it for a test drive. I should preface by saying I now own 8 Mr. Hankey's toys all in Extra Firm and before I ever bought one, I bought the silicone sampler pack to see what firmness best suited me. I honestly didn't notice a huge difference between the Extra Firm and one step down; the Medium firm. I've read endless recommendations from prostate owners here on Mr. Hankey's site in the review sections to get the medium firm or 75% soft and while I now (having tried it) 100% agree you can go to a MUCH larger size toy with the softer silicone choices, I'm not sure I see the point. The added hole for the vacuum cup attachment makes the Captain's Hook model completely limp and trying to ride it causes it to bend and almost fold while it flops around unnaturally inside you. I am frankly shocked at how different the two firmnesses are considering how close on the scale they are. I cannot fathom how the 40 or 75% soft would even work. In any case, I hate to give this 3 stars for something that is clearly my fault in terms of making a poor decision, but I want people to read a more neutral review so hopefully they will avoid the mistake I made. If you want this to stimulate your prostate, you need to get the Extra Firm. If you're just looking to stuff your hole with something mushy....get any of the other choices, though unless you are insanely loose, I have no idea how you're going to get it in, lol. Good luck!

I've read endless recommendations from prostate owners here on Mr. Hankey's site in the review sections to get the medium firm or 75% soft and while I now (having tried it) 100% agree you can go to a MUCH larger size toy with the softer silicone choices, I'm not sure I see the point. The added hole for the vacuum cup attachment makes the Captain's Hook model completely limp and trying to ride it causes it to bend and almost fold while it flops around unnaturally inside you. I am frankly shocked at how different the two firmnesses are considering how close on the scale they are. I cannot fathom how the 40 or 75% soft would even work. In any case, I hate to give this 3 stars for something that is clearly my fault in terms of making a poor decision, but I want people to read a more neutral review so hopefully they will avoid the mistake I made. If you want this to stimulate your prostate, you need to get the Extra Firm. If you're just looking to stuff your hole with something mushy....get any of the other choices, though unless you are insanely loose, I have no idea how you're going to get it in, lol. Good luck!
