As this toy has a lot more definition than Goliath, it's got more "personality" and it weighs in at a few pounds less while still having a similar impressive girth and an insurmountable length that keeps me challenged.
I ordered this boy in a custom softness, an option I can't celebrate enough as softer toys are, for me, an absolute joy.

However, there was a procedural hiccup that saw me initially receiving a firmer toy than I wanted. This is likely due to the process for requesting a custom firmness:
The FAQ states that you can request a custom firmness in the product's drop-down "Firmness" field and then send an email to support to work out the desired firmness who will pass that along to the folks making the toys.
Since the option for custom firmness field was not available on Ogre (and others I have ordered) and it is a required field, I selected the softest option in the desired color and then sent a separate email requesting the softer firmness which was accepted the next morning.
It seems that there was a disconnect between the order and the custom request email as I received the option I selected simply to fill out the order form but the follow-up request for a softer toy likely just didn't get applied.
It took a bit of back-and-forth to get a return set up but I was told to send it back to see if it was the right firmness. Once it was received, it was verified that it was too firm and I received the correct super-soft custom toy in only a few days and I am absolutely satisfied with it. It's a really fun toy and is my current favorite among a LARGE collection of toys.
This is the 3rd toy I've ordered in custom and I had no troubles at all with the other two. The option for custom firmness is one I love and I don't know of other outfits that offer it, but for me it's a huge perk so I hope MH will continue to offer this feature. I'd certainly pay extra for the time and effort they put in to provide it.
