I was skeptical getting this in such a huge size, thought the ridges would be rough and everything. Hands down one of my favorite toys now! I got the largest size in the standard 75% soft. If you are already use to bigger toys (my biggest before this was the Ramrodder) then this will feel great, I didn’t even warm up, it was so squishy once I was able to get the fat head in… my body relaxed and wanted to take it all. I haven’t got that last knot yet! I believe it’s 12” around but I am so ready
