Like what one would expect on a 7ft tall man. I know that isn't how nature distributes cocks, but it wouldn't look unrealistic or out of place on a man of that size. The shape and veins look super realistic that I'm surprised it was originally a clay sculpt. Even the rolled back foreskin looks real.
My one issue with it, is that the size listed isn't quite accurate. I ordered a Medium, and it is listed as having a girth in the middle of the shaft of 7.75". The one that we were sent has a girth of 8.5", and that 3/4's inch makes a big difference. I measured it several times, at the middle, and in several places near the middle to be sure, and they were between 8.25" to 8.5".
My wife and I like playing around with large toys. Probably why she didn't rip during child birth. But, even she has limits, and 7.75" is her max for comfort with a toy. This was intended to be a replacement for one that was made of lower quality material, and so the 7.75" for the middle of the shaft sounded perfect. Having the extra 3/4th inch is a bit much.
That said, the quality is so high that I can only really remove 1 star from an otherwise 5.
I might suggest that the dimensions listed be updated to 8.5" for the near middle measurement for the medium size.
