The Medium Firm density is great for a stable structure but sometimes I find the realistic skin texture a bit distracting in this firmer silicone. If it were a bit softer on the outside only or was a bit smoother overall I think it would have absolutely perfect.
My only other complaint is that my particular Rentman had a strong chemical smell when I unwrapped him. It took a number of washings to get the smell out but even now it lingers a tiny bit.
