The only downside is the sharp ridge, which makes it a bit painful if you like it to come out and go in, and you may see some blood. I will definitely buy another one if they could add a version without the sharp ridge, and with just a smooth transition. I wouldn't care if it's a bit less realistic but more enjoyable.
