First off, I was very upset I had ordered an item that I already owned (we have a sweet spot for length and girth and this guy is the perfect starter). I had ordered the same item over a year ago and had forgotten its name. I consider this my error and it was a costly one.
More important, I have ordered and been incredibly impressed with the five previous orders (thus the five previous orders). I have recommended your products to a dozen friends and am sure I am responsible for at least that many sales (probably a LOT more if I am a typical customer).
This last order though was very disappointing and I am sure you would not have let it be shipped if proper quality control had occurred. The item had very little texture/veining (almost smooth) and the color, especially the head, was more “jelly” like, being somewhat transparent. If this had been my first purchase, you would never hear from me again, but I have confidence in your incredible product and know it must have been an error due to the Holiday rush.
This order was a double mistake, but I will most likely order from your great company again, but this time we both got it wrong.
