We had stared at Mr. Hankeys website for MONTHS but we were hesitant to step outside of the box and try a new brand, but after a few bad experiences with “bad dragon”, we decided to be adventurous. First, I have to say, the shipping!! It literally arrived 4 days after we ordered.. I couldn’t believe how fast it was. In the past we ordered from bad dragon and it literally took MONTHS for them to be made and shipped.. that won our loyalty over almost immediately. Second, Mr. Hankeys has SO MUCH VARIETY compared to other brands. Size, shape, color, firmness?! So far, I haven’t found anyone that can compete with their options, and especially their QUALITY. My wife chose 75% firmness and she was a little hesitant at first fearing that it would be too ridged, but it was the most perfect balance of firmness that we have ever seen, and definitely the most realistic feeling.
