Choose your own (depth) adventure… as the description says, except for the smallest size, all sizes are the same thickness, they just get longer as you size up. My favorite MHT toys are Xxxcalibur, Lampwick and Lampwick Uncut. Thiago is IMO in this same general category: long toys but not extremely thick compared to how long they are. I got the largest size (13.5 usable length) but I can’t take the entire length, so I could have been happy with one size down. But then I would have always wondered “what if?”. Maybe I would have liked a little bit of a coronal ridge on this, but then it would have been a different toy. Overall it’s an instant favorite, fun to use, relatively smooth so it won’t be irritating in a longer session, but with enough surface texture and variations to keep it interesting. I used to buy medium firmness but lately I prefer 75% which is IMO nice for longer toys.
