The build and shape are definitely high quality, no complaints about that. But the description could be quite a bit more precise (which is especially important with the larger versions). The default available options for firmness/softness should be expanded as well.
- provide diameters instead of circumference. The latter is meaningless for anything that isn't close to a circle. Also emphasis on the plural form - both long /and/ short diameter at the widest point should be provided
- 75% soft (at this size perhaps, considering comments under custom options) is neither soft nor giving in nor behaves in any way or form as on your video about firmness/softness options; it's simply very firm, the supposed give-in is at best symbolic (few millimeters); don't buy larger versions at anything firmer than 40% (also study comments under custom firmness option in accessory section)
My first dragon didn't have any noticeable mistakes and the red color was gorgeous, its a similar color to the kinky cobra picture on this site. On the downside, it was absolutely massive, too big for me to comfortably use.
My second dragon had 3 large areas where the scaly texture didn't form and two kinda cloudy looking patches on the base, which was disappointing but the staff I contacted about it said it was the mold. They said they couldn't remake it without the same thing happening, but I still got good compensation for this. The good things about this dragon were that it was a lot smaller and lighter weight than my first one was, I can comfortably hold this one in my hand and it should be a much more comfortable fit for my orifices. I will say that the blood red color was more clay-like than I was expecting, I was thinking it would be a more eye catching bloody/maroon color. The metallic added to my color was subtle, but it still looks good, you need to be up close to really see the metallic.
To customers, I would suggest starting with ordering the small dragon in either 75% soft or 40% soft, for size and ease of use. But be aware that the scaly texture for the small might not come out as well as it did on the med/firm size. Also, if you get a custom color, always add the metallic because there isn't really a reason not to, it won't adversely affect the color you picked due to how subtle it is and its a slight improvement.
I'd suggest to the company to look into replacing the molds for the small dragon. If that texture difference really was the mold like I was told it was.
