Update to my original review of the XS Minotaur in 75% Soft, metallic Burnt Ember:
I lent this toy to a more experienced friend (a Bad Dragon fan with a pretty sizable collection), who absolutely loves it, keeps it out with his 3-4 favorites. I borrowed it back from him for a few days, and had such a great time with it that I thought, very distinctly, "why the hell am I letting this thing out of my house?" I gave it back because he's putting it to better use than I am, but I missed it so much that I ended up buying him his own so that I could get mine back. Hopefully that anecdote gives you some idea of how much we both love this thing.
He likes softer toys, so he requested 40% soft, and reports that it's fantastic. (He also ordered it in Burnt Ember without the metallic add-on, and it looks much more vibrant, with a richer purple and a strong gold shimmer. From an exchange with customer service, who have always been very helpful, I learned that Burnt Ember comes with metallic gold pigment included, whereas the metallic add-on is always a metallic gray pigment--it doesn't match the color of the toy--so it actually makes some colors more dull. Something to keep in mind if you like metallic toys.)
Regarding my own use, I still haven't gotten it more than halfway in vaginally (I think it's actually a depth issue), but it feels amazing anyway. The head plowing around inside is my absolute favorite sensation I've achieved with a toy. I'm not a committed dildo guy, so even the XS Minotaur is a pretty big deal for me, not an everyday thing, but when I have time for a treat, it's incredible.

I purchased Rentman (med-firm) and Captain's Hook (75% soft). My only change would be to buy Captain's Hook in a firmer material - it's a great toy for prostate stimulation, but the softer silicone gets it's to squirm around a bit more upon insertion. But they are both wonderful toys - you won't be disappointed.
